Working With Me

Is coaching right for you?

Consider these questions:

Are you feeling stuck and unfulfilled in your current career or in your life in general?

Are you contemplating a transition in your life and feeling unsure about how to proceed?

Are you feeling overwhelmed at the idea of changing course in your career?

Are you struggling with setting boundaries and managing expectations in your personal or professional life?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then you would benefit from coaching.

What I ask of my clients:

Show up. Give your life the attention it deserves. Don’t settle or just go through the motions. We have limited time here so let’s not waste it.

Be open. Be open to gaining a new perspective. Find out what’s possible for you once you start questioning your old beliefs.

Commit to your growth. Going after your dreams, achieving goals and building new habits all require time and commitment. Don't give up on yourself.

Have a sense of humor. We’re human and we’re all imperfect and that’s OK. Being able to laugh at ourselves, at our unique quirks, makes our journey through life so much more enjoyable.

Why me?

I'm passionate about personal growth, and about helping my clients connect to their true desires and inner wisdom.

I can help you navigate the professional work environment, managing expectations and setting boundaries while staying true to yourself.

As a working mother, I understand the balancing act involved in being a parent and a professional.

I have years of experience coaching people who, perhaps like you, want to make changes in their life, but don’t know where to start.

Most important, I bring compassion, empathy, curiosity and a sense of humor and lightness to this work.
